IrishJobs.ie is Ireland's largest on-line recruitment site in Ireland, and one of the largest web businesses overall in the market. The firm has demonstrated leadership in the market by launching its large website in Irish, providing extensive opportunities to the growing Irish-speaking market. The provision of a bilingual online recruitment site is directly related to an increasing demand in the labour market for people who speak both Irish and English. The company believes that the provision of a bilingual recruitment website will encourage the public sector to use the dynamics of on-line recruitment to reach a wider target market while complying with language legislation at the same time.
