Leonard Murtagh

Leonard Murtagh joined Snap Printing in late 2004 to bring a strategic focus to the sales function. His career background is in the fmcg sector, with Cuisine de France and Kerry Foods. Leonard has made significant positive changes to the sales function and the resulting revenue uplifts are evidence of his success. Working in partnership with franchise owners, Leonard provides the specialist professional sales guidance that facilitates optimal performance. Snap Printing is the largest print and design provider in the country, with a network of 23 centres, including a centralised production facility. The group employs over 180 people and is doing business with 70% of Ireland's top 1000 companies.

Automsoft
Páraic O'Toole

Automsoft is a leading global provider of advanced manufacturing intelligence systems for process industries, headquartered in Dublin. Automsoft's customers include some of the most successful organisations in the pharmaceutical, biotech, utilities, food and beverage, and oil and gas industries. Páraic O'Toole is Chief Executive of Automsoft, and he has personally led the sales effort, a task he considers essential for a CEO in a developing technology business where senior relationships are key. With a strong background in business leadership and consulting, Páraic spent time running marketing functions earlier in his career. His personal leadership of the sales effort has resulted in the business closing a number of major deals in the past year.

EBS Building Society
PJ Ralph

PJ Ralph joined EBS Building Society as Bancassurance Manager responsible for sales performance in the society's network of 100 offices. With over 20 years financial services experience in both Britain and Ireland, PJ has worked at all levels within the branch environment, gaining an understanding of customers. His success is based on his ability to develop key relationships, and his energy and enthusiasm. PJ has driven cultural change, and embedded a complex programme into the heart of the organisation to drive sales revenues in the first year of the programme's operations. His success has led to a new role as Head of Network, responsible for all sales in this distribution channel.

Sales Online
Simon Ferguson

Sales Online is Ireland's largest supplier of online media, launched in 2000, and operating nationwide. It represents the majority of all Irish commercial websites and provides advertisers with in excess of 80% reach to Internet consumers. The firm's sales effort is personally led by company founder Simon Ferguson, who has proactively driven the exceptional growth rate of the company. By setting a clear example for the sales team, and providing hands-on coaching and development, Simon has leveraged the individual strengths of team members, and enabled them to make maximum impact on revenue performance, and place Sales Online at the forefront of the fastest growing advertising medium of our generation.
