Gradam Margaíochta le Gaeilge

Gradam Margaíochta le Gaeilge

Differentiation is key in marketing, and using the Irish language in marketing can be a powerful way of standing out from the crowd. This has been a growing trend amongst Irish businesses, as they seek to emphasise their origin and brand values. The judges are looking for examples for firms which have harnessed the marketing potential of the Irish language and bilingualism, and used this to support branding and positioning in the marketplace. Entrants may be using Irish to attract new customers, increase customer loyalty, harness goodwill at relatively low cost, gain a marketing edge over competitors, or enhance their public relations efforts.

Tá sé an-tábhachtach sa mhargaíocht bheith in ann idirdhealú a dhéanamh, agus is bealach an-láidir le seasamh amach ón slua é an Ghaeilge a úsáid. Tá seo ag éirí níos coitianta i measc gnólachtaí in Éirinn, agus iad ag iarraidh aird a tharraingt ar an áit arb as dóibh agus ar luachanna a mbranda. Tá na breithimh ag lorg samplaí de ghnólachtaí a bhain tairbhe as féidearthachtaí margaíochta na Gaeilge agus an dátheangachais, agus a d’úsáid seo le tacú le brandáil agus le hionad a aimsiú sa mhargadh. D’fhéadfadh iarrthóirí bheith ag úsáid na Gaeilge le custaiméirí nua a mhealladh, le dílseacht custaiméirí a neartú, le dea-thoil a tharraingt chucu féin ar chostas measartha íseal, le buntáiste margaíochta a fháil i leith a n-iomaitheoirí, nó a n-iarrachtaí maidir le caidreamh poiblí a fheabhsú.
