Mymilkman.ie is an eCommerce website revolutionising the traditional milk delivery service. Its initial years focused on digital developments, and this focus and investment yielded significant results with direct customer acquisition growing strongly. With a modern intuitive website connecting milkmen with thousands of homes throughout the country, selling hundreds of product SKUs and millions of litres of milk per annum, Mymilkman.ie has transformed the doorstep channel. It has not only improved business processes and efficiencies but grown a channel that had been in steep decline for a number of years, proving that the most traditional of services layered with eCommerce can yield revolutionary results.

SuperValu

Eamonn Grant

SuperValu has transformed its ecommerce strategy, reaching multiple stakeholders across its business, from customers and shoppers to retailers and suppliers. This has delivered significant improvements in online revenues, mobile traffic, online customer registrations, visual representation of inventory, mobile transactions and NPS scores. This cross-functional, business critical project, supported by Each&Other, was completed in six months from design to launch. Every decision made was based on insight and understanding of customers’ needs, analysed and applied to design an ecommerce platform that is elegant in simplicity with an exceptional shopping experience.
Finalist
Thérapie Clinic

Hitesh Singh

Thérapie Clinic started out on Dublin's Molesworth Street in 2001 offering beauty treatments and it now has 11 clinics across Ireland offering an extended range of treatments. Thérapie Clinic had been a retail-heavy organisation when it came to product sales and this transition from retail to e-commerce has seen considerable success. The Skin Ship brand performed particularly well from launch and this is reinforced by a strong repeat purchase pattern driven by use of Facebook, Instagram, Email Marketing and Google. All eCommerce metrics are performing well which is especially satisfying as it is being managed in-house to date.
Finalist
Virgin Media

Ronan Costello

Having successfully delivered a number of eCommerce improvements last year, Virgin Media embarked on a strategy to further drive offer perception, steer customers’ choices and improve conversion and tier mix. The initiative based on behavioural economics principles, used a combination of technologies to deliver dynamic experiences in a live controlled testing environment. The iterative UX based testing strategy delivered excellent results from its inception whilst also demonstrating an ability to test potential future propositions on smaller audiences. Its findings and results have been fundamental to eCommerce success for the business.
